Cancellation Policy
By Appointment ONLY
This is my schedule hrs for booking:
Mon, Tues, Friday 8am, 10am,1pm, 3pm & 4pm. 12pm-lunch time
Wednesday & Thursday 8am, 10am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm & 645pm. 12pm- lunch time
Saturday 8am, 10am, 1pm , & 3pm 12pm- lunchtime
New clients
• New clients - there is a $20 deposit required when booking your appt. Deposits goes towards nail service. NO DEPOSIT NO APPT.
• Deposits can be made thru here or cash app $nailsbyxara, Zelle (559)974-1119, Apple Pay (559)974-1119.
• NO SHOWS - your deposit will not be refunded. An will not be rebooked.
All clients
• If Running 10 mins late please let me know. Running 15 mins late will result in a $15 late fee and may be rescheduled.
• Cancellation- if you cancel your appt 24 hrs after there is a $20 cancellation fee.
• If you msg me before 24hrs to cancel or reschedule I will gladly change it one time free of charge.
• Please send me 2 3 pictures of the sets your wanting to get done. I will do my very best to achieve your desired set.
